Localized heat treatments on steels (stress relieving, annealing ...) or pre-heating / post-heating on joints

ISPECO offers services of localized heat treatments on steel (stress relieving, annealing etc.) or pre-heating / post-heating on joints of various thicknesses and types through the use of equipment for resistance and induction treatments.

We use low voltage equipment that feed plates made up of electric resistors (for resistance treatment) or magnetic coils (for induction treatment) that are wrapped around the piece to be treated.

At the end of the treatment, the track is released in which the treatment parameters are recorded and certified (temperature, rise and fall time, standstill time, etc.).
